Our grizzly men raise $2,975 in No Shave November

As No Shave November has reached its conclusion, life in the office has become considerably less hairy this week with 18 of our associates digging out their razors and re-merging clean-shaven. The campaign was the source of many laughs and giggles throughout the last month and we would like to thank everyone who participated, including our discerning judging panel of staff and assistants who were tasked with picking their favorite weekly winners.  Over the course of November, participants were split up into 3 teams and competed against each other for best growth and the largest amount raised for the American Cancer Society.

The results are now in and our congratulations go to Brian Marino who picked up the individual prize for raising a tremendous $675, to team Kodiak Kids for the team who raised the most and to our weekly winners, Ryan McKean, Ryan Puckett, Bill Demarco and Dan Ryder for their impressive facial hair growth!

Jonathan Goldston, Financial Planner in Skylight’s Cleveland office, said “No-Shave November has been such fun and I’d like to thank everyone who took part and helped us raise money.  I think quite a few of us would admit to quite liking ditching those razors for a month.  It’s all for a good cause – more hair, more donations and more research.  Let’s see what next year brings!”
