Skylight kicks off its new wellness program with yoga

Stretching, relaxing, creating a sense of balance and wellbeing and increasing flexibility are some of the benefits offered by lunchtime yoga classes which started this week as part of Skylight’s new wellness program.  Skylight is committed to helping its staff and associates achieve their best health and through the new yoga class, staff and associates are encouraged to take time out of their working day to relax, relieve stress and feel good.

Paul Fox, President and CEO of Skylight Financial Group said “We are excited to be launching our wellness program with one hour yoga classes with a certified instructor.  These classes are a great way to take a break from work to relax, focus and feel better.  Many of us start the New Year with resolutions to improve our health so we want to facilitate this and make it as much fun as possible. ”

Skylight’s wellness program will roll out over the coming year and will offer a variety of tools and resources including monthly educational seminars on wellness tips.
