5/14/2015

Bill Crozier, Financial Planner at Skylight Financial Group and member of our LGBT Resource Team, has recently been appointed to the PFLAG Cleveland Advisory Board.  PFLAG, formerly known as Parents, Families and Friends of Lesbians and Gays, is the nation’s largest family and ally organization and is committed to advancing equality and full societal affirmation of LGBTQ people through its mission of support, education and advocacy. The Cleveland chapter was established in 1985 and is celebrating its 30th anniversary this July.

Quentin Jamieson, PFLAG Board Member At Large, said “We are delighted to welcome Bill on board. We are grateful for his interest in PLFLAG Cleveland, his prior support of the organization and LGBT issues in our community.  Bill hails from Skylight Financial Group who has an established track record of support for LGBT organizations in Cleveland including Plexus and the LGBT Center.  As a straight ally, Bill sees real benefit in increasing involvement of our straight allies in the work of PFLAG Cleveland and the broader LGBT community.”

Bill, who is also currently serving on PFLAG Cleveland’s 30th anniversary steering committee, said on his appointment, “I am really looking forward to continuing my work with this wonderful LGBT organization.  The Advisory Board is the real driving force behind PFLAG Cleveland and I’m committed to helping change hearts and minds in the Greater Cleveland community.”
