Amie joined the financial services industry in 2001 and serves as a financial planner and senior partner with Skylight Financial Group. Her practice began by specializing in Employee Financial Planning, providing business owners with tools and strategies to attract and retain top talent and enhance employee benefits. This foundation prepared her to grow into her role as a senior partner with Skylight. In this role, Amie continues to build her client practice while simultaneously working to develop and impact the growth of other planners within the firm. Additionally, Amie is a member of Skylight's LGBT Resource Team. She provides gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgendered clients with the proper tools and resources to fit each individual's or couple's unique planning needs.
Prior to joining Skylight Financial Group, Amie was in the Personal Financial Services Group at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP. She is a graduate of The Ohio State University with a Bachelor's Degree in accounting, and values the importance of civic engagement. She has served on the Board of Directors with the LGBT Community Center of Greater Cleveland, formerly as the leader of the Strongsville Chapter of the Business Exchange, Treasurer of The Cleveland Professional 20/30 Club, and was involved with the YWCA's Emerging Leaders Advisory Council. She was recognized by Inside Business Magazine and the Cleveland Professional 20/30 Club as one of the qualifiers for the 2008 Movers and Shakers- Top 25 under 35 Award and has received many other professional honors both locally and nationally.
