Merger Creates One of the Largest Locally Owned Financial Services Firms in Ohio

Skylight Financial Group and Lighthouse Wealth Solutions announce today that they are to join forces to create what will be one of the largest locally owned financial services firms in the state of Ohio.  Operating under the Skylight Financial Group name, the new firm will have over 260 professional financial professionals, a support staff of more than 50 individuals and just over $5 billion in assets under management.  The result of the merger will see nearly 50 new employees move into the City of Cleveland to their Ohio City headquarters.  Additionally, the MassMutual Ohio organization will also join the other two organizations resulting in complete coverage of the state in four major locations, Cleveland, Cincinnati, Dublin, Ohio and Toledo, Ohio.

Building on their excellent reputations, the two firms will mesh together to provide a first-class client experience by delivering a greater depth of knowledge and strength across disciplines.
