Donna Lightner joined Skylight Financial Group in February 2019 as the Agency Licensing Coordinator for the Cincinnati office. Donna accomplishes a wide range of daily operational tasks including the processing of new business and compliance responsibilities. Prior to taking on her new role with Skylight, she obtained her Senior Professional of Human Resources Certification (SPHR) and has worked as an HR professional in the health care industry for 15 years.
Donna grew up in Cleveland, Ohio and spent 20 years traveling the country during her military enlistment. Donna enjoys spending quality time with her family, which includes two children and many precious grandchildren. In addition, she also enjoys bike riding, traveling, and being involved with her church. Donna currently resides in West Chester, Ohio with her husband, Roger.
